It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Patricia (Patty) Brown, 72, of Burlington, WV, who went home to be with the Lord on February 19, 2026.
Patty was born on September 13, 1953, to Peter and Vivian (Peggy) Fraser. She was preceded in death by her husband and best friend, John Brown and her brother, Harry Craig Fraser.
Patty never knew a stranger; she was always willing to offer a helping hand and opened her home to everyone. She was truly one of a kind, and the world will not be the same without her. She was the most amazing wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend anyone could have. Patty loved spending time with her family, spoiling her grandchildren, being outdoors working in her flower beds, and taking walks with her dogs.
She is survived by her son, John (JP) Brown and his wife Francesca Delsignore; her daughter, Tisha and her husband Kevin Livengood; and her grandchildren: Aleisha Butler (husband Ricky and family), Maximus Delsignore, Caleb Livengood (wife Hailey and family), Ethan Livengood (wife Kelsey), Selah Livengood, and Adriel Livengood. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Waylon Livengood, and Stella and Chip Butler, as well as her three sisters, her sister-in-law, their families, and many close friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Hope Springs Christian Fellowship in Bowling Green, MD, on March 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM, with Pastor Tim Westrom officiating.
In lieu of gifts, donations may be made to Calvary Christian Academy.
